Our client is a growing healthcare company seeking an experienced General Counsel to lead their legal and compliance functions. This role will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risk while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all legal matters, including healthcare compliance, contracts, and corporate governance.

  • Ensure adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, payers, and partners.

  • Manage risk, litigation, and regulatory investigations as needed.

  • Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and legal implications.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. degree and active bar license.

  • Healthcare law experience required

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and contracts.

  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, strategic legal counsel.
