About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Vice President, Corporate Counsel to provide advice and support on a wide range of corporate governance, contractual, data privacy and employment matters impacting insurance company operations. The position will have responsibility for advising leaders in all business units, with a special focus on corporate executives, Finance, Operations, and Data, Analytics & Technology, on a variety of legal and regulatory matters pertaining to the transaction of business, development and implementation of strategy and response to an evolving regulatory environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in getting exposure to all aspects of Vantage’s business. The Corporate Counsel will be a part of a highly collaborative team whose contributions are crucial to the ambitious goals of this fast-growing re/insurance company and partnership capital platform.
The base salary expectation for this role is between $200,000 and $250,000. Actual base salary for the selected candidate may be higher, commensurate with candidate experience and expectations.
