About the role:Ā
The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Securities Counsel to join our legal team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate governance, securities law, and transactional matter. The Corporate and Securities Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising on strategic transactions. This role will be crucial in supporting the company's growth and development in the dynamic nuclear energy industry.Ā

Estimated Starting Salary Range:Ā
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $176,000 - $204,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on aĀ semi-monthlyĀ basis.Ā Ā The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Companyās discretion, which may includeĀ experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.Ā
