The Opportunity: Â Senior Director, Legal Counsel (Part-Time)
The Sr. Director, Legal Counsel will provide legal guidance across all facets of the company, including transactions, corporate governance and legal operations. The position reports to the VP of Corporate & Legal Affairs.

The anticipated annualized (if Full-Time) base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $320,000. Final compensation depends on multiple factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skillset, depth and breadth of knowledge, internal equity, company needs, and market factors.
